To maintain and improve our services, we may periodically carry out maintenance activities, including updates, enhancements, diagnostics, and system improvements. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform or Services will always operate without interruptions, delays, errors, or technical issues.

All materials, information, and functionalities available on the Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted under applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form the legally binding agreement governing your use of the Platform (collectively, the “Terms”), regardless of the device or technology used to access the Services.
